The Action in Belonging, Culture and Diversity group is for anyone who works in pharmacy, whether you're one of our fabulous RPS members or not. We represent the full diversity in protected characteristics, experience and thought across pharmacy.

Do you already lead an existing network? Great! ABCD is working across pharmacy, enabling networking, supporting the RPS Inclusion & Diversity strategy, capturing individual group needs and ensuring intersectionality.

What is ABCD doing?

As a place to talk through ideas, to create change and build networks across the profession, we ABCD:

1. Create a culture of belonging
2. Champion inclusive and authentic leadership
3. Challenge inclusion and diversity barriers.

How often do ABCD meet?

ABCD meet via ZOOM every two months.

You are encouraged to maintain conversation and dialogue with other members between meetings.
